Is my health data safe? What does the AI see? ▾
Your health data is never sold. The AI only sees your first name, medicine nicknames (not real drug names), and anonymised adherence stats. No diagnosis, no dose amounts, no PII. PIPEDA (Canada) and CCPA (California) compliant.
What happens after my founding year is up? ▾
After 12 months, your plan rolls to the standard $9.99/month. You'll get a 30-day notice email. You can cancel any time — we'll never silently change your rate.
Can I use this for a family member? ▾
Yes. Caregiver Mode links your account to a patient's. You'll receive missed dose alerts via push notification and can see their schedule and adherence — but never dose amounts or doctor notes.
